This Privacy Policy explains how Outworkd collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Outworkd website, progressive web application, accounts, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, authentication identifiers, and subscription status.
• Business and customer records: client names, contact details, addresses, service details, schedules, estimates, notes, photos, payment status, and other information you choose to enter.
• Location information: precise location only when you request a location-based feature, such as current-address lookup, nearby search, weather, or routing.
• Technical information: browser, device, IP address, app version, diagnostics, security events, and usage information needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and synchronize workspaces, generate schedules and routes, support estimates and payments, deliver requested location and weather features, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve Outworkd.

Service providers and sharing

We may share information with service providers that operate Outworkd, including Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Stripe, Google Maps Platform, weather providers, and other vendors used for hosting, authentication, payments, mapping, analytics, communications, and support. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for Outworkd. We do not sell personal information or customer records.

Payments

Stripe processes payment card information. Outworkd does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@outworkd.app. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, security, billing, or dispute resolution.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect account credentials and avoid storing information that is not needed for their operations.

Children

Outworkd is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as Outworkd changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method.
