Effective July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Outworkd. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use Outworkd for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account.
Outworkd provides tools for managing clients, estimates, jobs, schedules, routes, photos, payment status, and related service-business operations. Features may change as the platform evolves. You remain responsible for your services, estimates, pricing, taxes, customer communications, worker and customer safety, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval selected during checkout until canceled. Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase. You may manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal and does not automatically delete account data. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are nonrefundable.
You retain ownership of information and content you enter into Outworkd. You grant Outworkd permission to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have the right to enter and process customer information through Outworkd.
You may not use Outworkd to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted components, abuse third-party services, or store unlawful or dangerously sensitive information.
Outworkd integrates with services such as Stripe, Google Maps Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Vercel. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms and policies. Outworkd is not responsible for third-party outages, data, directions, estimates, or decisions.
Outworkd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, route accuracy, property-data accuracy, weather accuracy, or any particular business outcome. Estimates and automated suggestions are informational tools and must be reviewed by the user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outworkd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, property damage, personal injury caused by a user’s services, or reliance on third-party information. Outworkd’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Outworkd during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens Outworkd or other users. You may stop using Outworkd at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@outworkd.app.
